BUTTE — A Montana Tech athletics executive is facing several felonies related to illegal drug distribution here in Butte.
Executive Associate Athletic Director Nicholas Bowsher was recently charged in Butte Justice Court with five counts of possession of a dangerous drug with intent to distribute. He is also charged with two counts of possession of methamphetamine and crack cocaine. Bowsher was jailed on $500,000 bail.
According to charging documents, Bowsher allegedly intended to distribute MDMA, LSD, ketamine and cocaine, also known as Molly or Ecstasy, on March 20 in the 1100 block of West Gold Street, about two blocks from the Montana Tech University campus. It is said that it was.
