I bought 4 branded tech gadgets from Temu for work. The progress is as follows

Priced as low as $9.40, the Lenovo LP40 earbuds are truly wireless earbuds with Bluetooth connectivity. Temu says these are water-resistant and sourced directly from Lenovo. The LP40 earbuds are available in five colors. In addition to the earbuds, the box contains four replacement silicone earbud tips, a charging case, and a USB-A to USB-C cord.

The LP40 connects to your phone when you hold both earbuds close to your ears, and you can turn the volume up or down by swiping up or down the stem. You can tap the bud to play or pause audio, or long press the right bud to summon your phone’s voice assistant.

Pretty impressive for a $10 earphone. It connects easily to your devices and has a range of approximately 100 feet. The LP40’s earbuds are made of hard plastic, so I had to give my ears a break after about an hour.

The sound is clear and loud, but the bass of these earphones is crunchy, so deep sounds and resonances are suppressed. But hey, it was barely $10.

The few times I answered the phone with my LP40, the person on the other end said I sounded like I was underwater and was too distracted to carry on a conversation. The LP40 isn’t very good at making calls, so we recommend using it only for listening to music, especially if you want to hear your surroundings.

These earbuds would make a great starter technology gift for your child. The LP40 is affordable, comes in fun colors, and has great features for the price.
